ICECREAM with raspberry on a bottom of chocolate and liquorice

DSC_01.jpg

This icecream combines sweet and sour. Liquarice and chocolate is a great combination. It is sweet, but together with the raspberries it becomes less sweet in taste.

COOKIE BOTTOM

Ingredients:
150 g oat cookies (plain)
45 g. butter
30 g. dark, plain chocolate
1 teaspoon liquorice powder (more or less)

Instruction:
- crunch the cookies completely
- add liquarice powder
- melt butter and chocolate together
- mix it well into the cookies
- have it all into a baking form, spread it all over the bottom and press it with a spoon
- leave it in the fridge while you make the icecream

ICECREAM

Ingredients:
2 egg yolks
1 dl. sugar
3 dl. whiped cream
100 g. raspberries

Instruction:
- whip egg yolks with sugar
- whip cream
- crunch the raspberries
- add the whiped cream to the yolks and mix and the raspberries
- now take the cookiebottom and cover it with the icecream

Leave it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Take it out at least 1/2 before you want to serve it.

Enjoy :)
