SMOOTHIE BOWL - mostly green

Another bowl with more vegetables than fruit and berries. It has more «green» taste. I usually make this for later in the day. Still I top with granola, coconut or nuts.

For 2 persons:
One thing has to be prepared in advance:
1 frozen banana (freeze in pieces)

Then you take the frozen pieces of banana and add
1/3 cucumber
1/2 green aple
a handfull of spinach leaves
a 1x1 cm. piece of ginger
1 dl. natural youghurt or milk / almond or oat milk

Mix everything in a food prosessor. Fill a bowl and top with whatever you like.
