You fish ball noodle is the common Chines food for breakfast and light lunch in this region.
This coffee shop is my regular breakfast place before my qigong class. One of the reason is it is normally not so crowded and family clean by its standard.
For this round, there is a qigong convention working committee meeting to wrap up the loose ends and maybe some last minute preparation before the actual convention on 19th May 2018
I could have shared this delicious fish ball noodle earlier but i was busy with the convention as well as the 5 minutes freewrite challenge.
Anyway, what is so special about this Chinese food.
Firstly, it is the fish ball and fish cake
It is made from quality fish which is tender and soft. Normally if you throw it to the ground, it will bound back. And it does not mix with low quality fish which has rotten type of texture.
Secondly the white noodle is soft and smooth texture. Though it cannot compare with those in Ipoh , it is like the best I. KL standard.
Thirdly is the taste, it is plain and does not or minimum ajinomoto added in the cooking
Fourthly is the price.it was RM4.50 last year but it has increased to RM 5 since after the Chinese New Year. For Klang valley standard 8it ia still cheap as compare to speaking Jaya or Subang Jaya.
To complement my frequency of having breakfast in this shop is the coffee they served. It is prepared such a way that the coffee is smooth and hot which something I like
There is nothing I can decribe it better compare to take a try yourself.
