PORK RIBS GRILLED
for 4-6 people
Ingredients:
for marinade,
2 tablespoons of colored pepper or paprika
1 tablespoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon dried oregano
5 peeled garlic cloves
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
Hot water
for the grill,
1 pork ribs (in the USA I recommend St. Louis Style Spare Ribs)

preparation:
1 - Prepare the marinade, mix all the resources except the water in a glass or blender. Process until everything is well combined. Add hot water until 1 cup of marinade is obtained.
2- Wash the ribs and dry with paper towel. Helping with a separate knife the fabric attached to the ribs. Cut the ribs in half to make it easier to handle. For the marinade to penetrate the meat. Place the ribs in a pan and cover with the marinade, ensuring the marinade on all sides of the ribs.
3- Refrigerated for 2 hours or overnight.
4- Preheat the grill to 160C or 325F, with indirect fire.
5- Place the ribs on the fire indirectly, close the grill for 30 minutes.
6- Open the grill and look at the rack, if the edges or bones were burned, place the pieces one on top of the other and follow the kitchen for 30-45 more minutes. Or until the meat is released from the bones and the pork has an internal temperature of 145-160F.
7- Remove from the grill a blender, cover and let stand 10 minutes.
8- Cut and serve
