INGREDIENTS:
1. Herring Fele - 1 kg
2. Potatoes - 8 pieces
3. beets - 4 pieces
4. carrots - 5 pcs
5. Onions - 3 pcs
6. mayonnaise - 300g
7. salt
8. egg - 6 pcs
COOKING:
1. Cook the carrots, beets, potatoes. I used to cook vegetables in a double boiler.
2. While the vegetables are cooked we will deal with fish. Cut herring into cubes of about 1-1.5 cm.
3. Cut the onion finely and combine it with herring and 1 tablespoon mayonnaise. All thoroughly mixed.
4. We spread an even layer in a deep bowl and leveling layer.
5. When our vegetables are cooked they should be peeled.
6. On a coarse grater rub the potatoes. We spread the grated potatoes evenly on herring about 1 cm. Add salt. Grease 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
7. On a coarse grater rub the carrot and lay it on a layer of potatoes. Add salt. Grease 1 tablespoon mayonnaise.
8. On a coarse grater rub beets and lay it on a layer of carrots. Add salt. Grease 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
9. Boil the eggs. We share the whites from the yolks. Rub on a grater proteins and spread evenly. Rubbed on a fine grater yolk and decorate our salad.
