Japanese Food ( First Try )

Japanese is known for a wide variety of food. They offer freshly cultivated seafood and vegetables, according to my source.

For today, I will share my first experience of eating Japanese food.
Teriyaki Boy is a Japanese Restuarant owned by the Max's Group. It is a casual dining Japanese Restuarant. They serve dishes like gyoza, beef donburi, yakisoba and sushi rolls. received_562120687521430.jpeg

The first photo is California Rolls made of crabstick salad with fresh mango and coated with shrimp roe.
The second photo is Basic Salad consists of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and mango slices in roasted sesame dressing.

This serves as our appetizer while Ate Gil is choosing for a perfect lunch & dinner menu.

After finishing the appetizers, we order the main dish which is Teriyaki Boy Chicken Donburi accompanied with Japanese Rice.

This dish tastes good. The meat is tender and not overcooked. I also love the sauce that was mixed with it. And the Japanese rice is quite amazing, hehe. It is different from the rice that I cooked every day.

The second dish we ordered is Gyuniku Ramen stirred with fried beef slices topped with egg yolk, spring onions, black and white sesame seeds on sesame oil-drizzled ramen noodles in shoyu soup base.

Hmmm, this one is the best. I love the tastes of the soup and the ramen.

For sure I will try their other dishes next time. And hope to learn to use chopsticks, haha.
