左青龙,右白虎,前朱雀,后玄武 Unique Fresh Seafood Dining Experience

I invited my colleagues @candiceji @jessicameng @karasui to my hometown last month, and I treated them with fresh seafood. In the seafood market, we buy fresh southern rock lobsters, salmon, yellow croaker and many other seafood with shells, and bring all the food to the special restaurant that only make earn money by cooking seafood for the customers. I spent about 3000 yuan for the dinner including the seafood and the cooking fee. All the dishes are so delicious, and I would be love to share some of our photos of our dinners today.

上个月请苏州的同事去我的家乡南通吃海鲜,我们那有个海鲜市场,可以自己按斤称青龙啊,甜虾,三文鱼,大黄鱼,以及各种贝类螺类,再带到海鲜加工的餐厅去烹饪。食材费跟加工费加起来差不多三千,比苏州这边的海鲜酒楼要实惠很多。最主要的是每只都很新鲜,我经常光顾的这家沿海酒楼,厨师的手艺超好,跟他们商量好是椒盐还是清蒸,味道超级好吃的呀。

上面那张青龙,一人一只,肉质饱满,咬一口好Q弹。这个螺肉,随便烫烫,蘸蘸芥末酱油就可以开吃,这道的加工费最划算了。

这个豆腐鱼虽然其貌不扬,但是是同事们的大爱,入口即化的感觉,每次必点。
