A Good Appetizer---Tuna and Mushroom Toast 金枪鱼土司开胃菜

This is a very appetizing pre-dinner snack, which contains tuna, mushroom, green pepper and red pepper, and is a nutritionally balanced diet.

I did not add too much spices, just added a little salt and olive oil to taste, what I wanted is fresh and elegant, preserving the original flavor and sauce.

After eating it, you will feel very lightsome and comfortable.
This is a pretty simple snack, and today I’d like to recommend it to all of you.

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat toast 2 pieces
  • Tuna 100 g
  • Mushroom 100 g
  • Green pepper 20 g
  • Red sweet pepper 20 g
  • Salt 1 g
  • Olive oil a teaspoon

Instructions:

1.Preheat the oven to 150C.

2.Cut off the edge of bread and then cut it into four pieces. Place them in a baking tray and bake it for about 15 min.

3.Wash all the vegetables and dice them one by one.

4.Place the mushroom in the boiling water for about 2 min and then drain it, set aside.

5.Take a large mixing bowl, add in all the ingredients, salt and olive oil to taste, mix well.

6.Place the finished filling on the top of the bread with a spoon carefully. The delicious snack is done!

这是一款非常开胃的餐前点心,里面含有金枪鱼,蘑菇,青椒和红椒,营养均衡。我没有放入太多的调料,只加了一点盐和橄榄油来调味,我想要的就是这种清新淡雅,蔬菜食材本身最质朴的味道。吃过之后,身体会感觉非常轻盈与自在。

原料:

全麦吐司 2片
金枪鱼 100 g
杏鲍菇 100g
青椒 20g
红椒 20g
盐 1g
橄榄油 一匙

做法:

1、烤箱预热150度。
2、吐司片切去四边,然后切成四份。
3、切好的吐司放入烤盘上,放入烤箱烘烤15分钟。如果不喜欢酥脆的口感,这步可省略。
4、杏鲍菇,青红椒洗净,沥干水分切丁。
5、煮锅烧热水,放入切好的蘑菇丁,煮2分钟,捞出沥干备用。
6、取一个大碗,放入金枪鱼丁,青红椒和蘑菇丁,放入一点橄榄油,盐调味,拌匀。
7、用勺子将拌好的杏鲍菇金枪鱼馅料放入烤好的吐司片上,即可食用。
