Fry The Spanish Mackerel 香煎鲅鱼

Mackerel meat is less prickly, delicious taste, rich nutrition, and solid closely, it is popular for many people.
Today I‘d like to share the common dish----fry Spanish mackerel .This dish is easy to do .

Ingredients:

Spanish mackerel, peanut oil ,green onion, ginger ,garlic ,pepper,soysauce,sugar,mature vinegar,cooking wine

The Process:

1、wash Spanish mackerel and remove the head and internal organs.
2、cut it into some small pieces ,each is about 1.5cm long.
3、marinate in all of the above dressing ,cover with plastic film and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
4、First heat the pot and add the oil to the pot .next,add the marinated Spanish mackerel to the pot one by one. Fry the both sides of it about 2-3 minutes, golden color is ok.

鲅鱼肉多刺少,味道鲜美,营养丰富,而且肉质坚实紧密,得到很多人的喜爱。
今天我分享的这道菜是家常版的煎鲅鱼,比较省事。

原料:

鲅鱼,葱丝,姜丝,蒜末,花椒,生抽,糖,陈醋,料酒

过程:

1、鲅鱼洗净,去除头部和内脏 。
2、切成约1.5厘米的若干小段。
3、用上述调料腌制,盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏约1小时。
4、热锅冷油,把鲅鱼段依次放入平底锅中,两面分别煎约2-3分钟,色泽金黄即可。
