It's getting hotter and hotter when summer comes. Today I‘d like to share with you a delicious cold dessert. In this hot summer days as long as you have a taste , you will feel a little cool . This is a healthy vegan, sugar-free dessert, glutinous rice rolls with mango. It is so cool, the outside layer is soft and inside is sweet mango, do you like it? I think the best time to eat is in this season . if you are interested it, let's take a look .
Cooking time: 90 minutes
Ingredients:
- Glutinous rice flour 90 g
- Corn starch 20 g
- water 200 g
- Mango 2
- shredded coconut stuffing 60 g
- vegetable oil 10 g
Method:
1 Place glutinous rice flour, corn starch, water in a large mixing bowl and stir it, mix well. form a flowing batter.
2 Sifted the flowing batter.
3 Place the batter in a steamer and steam it for about 15 minutes until it cooked, and then stir it with chopsticks. add in some vegetable oil to it, mix well and cook for a few seconds, turn off the heat.
4 Place the sticky dough in freezer for about 1 hour.
5 Since the dough is sticky, you had better wear gloves to wrap it easily. take a small dough and press it to flatten , put the mango in the middle of it, roll it from top to bottom,sprinkle some shredded coconut stuffing on the suface of it. cut it into many pieces.
6 Another wrapping:form a small ball.

开始进入伏天了,天气进入一年中最热的时期。今天给大家分享一个可口冰凉的小甜点,在这炎热似火的季节里,品尝一口就能让你感受一点夏日的清凉。素食,无糖,还特别健康。冰冰凉凉的,外面一层软软糯糯的皮里面夹着香甜芒果肉,在这个季节吃真是最适合不过了。喜欢就一起动手做吧。
原料:
糯米粉90g
玉米淀粉20g
清水 200g
芒果2个
椰蓉 60g
植物油 10g
做法:
糯米粉,玉米淀粉,混合加水搅拌成流动的面糊。
面糊过筛。
入蒸锅蒸15分钟至熟,然后边搅拌边加入一些色拉油。关火。
蒸好的面团,放入冰箱冷藏一小时。冷藏过后,会更好操作。
芒果去皮,切块。
由于面团很黏,最好戴上手套,或者保鲜膜便于操作。取出冷藏好的面团,杆成长条形,放入芒果肉,卷起。撒上椰丝。
另外一种是直接取一小面团,按扁,然后放入芒果肉,包好,最后在椰丝里滚一下即可。
冷藏过后食用最佳哦。
ps: 如果芒果过敏的同学可以换成其他水果馅哦!喜欢甜的可以自己酌情再加一些蜂蜜或者糖。清水也可以换成椰浆或者牛奶,自己喜欢就随意搭配吧。
