Homemade Sushi part 2: Egg And Shrimp Nigiri-sushi

There are countless varieties of nigiri-sushi, some of the most common ones being tuna, shrimp, eel, squid, octopus and fried egg. I very like the egg nigiri-sushi. So today I will share with you shrimp and egg.

Method:

step1:
put the sushi vinegar to the rice together in a large bowl. Grab some rice into a ball, set aside. one by one. (need to wear gloves or wet your hands)
step2:
Whisk eggs, add sugar, and salt together in a large mixing bowl. Pour about 1/2 of the mixture in a thin layer in a large greased skillet over medium heat. Cook without stirring, about 2 to 3 minutes. Roll it into a roll and set in one side of the pan. Pour the rest of egg mixture to the pan, put the roll on the egg liquid, cook it 1-2 minutes, roll it into a new large roll .
Slice omelet into pieces .
Take two slices of egg omelet in your hand, put the rice ball on top of the egg, squeezing gently to make it adhere.

cut the nori into many thin strips, wrap a strip of nori around each package; and seal it.
serve with soy sauce.

step3:
heat a sauce pan, boil it and add in shrimp, cook about 1 minutes and remove them to a plate. cut it into harlf in the stomach. Don't cut off. Put a piece of shrimp in your hand and smear it with wasabi paste if you like or prepare sauce beside it .

Grab some rice and roll it into a small oval in your hand. Put the rice ball on top of the shrimp, then turn it over, put it on the plate.

Enjoy it.

做法:
1、沾湿双手,最好用醋水,或者戴上手套。抓一些米饭,团成椭圆形的小饭团。放好待用。
2、鸡蛋打散,加入盐和花椒调味。平底锅预热,倒入少许油,放入一半蛋液,两面煎熟,卷成卷放在锅的一边。继续倒入剩余的蛋液,把刚才的卷放在蛋液上,待蛋液凝固,开始卷蛋卷,使之成为一个大蛋卷。大约需要2-3分钟。放入案板切片。
3、鲜虾煮熟,去外壳,从腹部切开,不要切断,按平,放入芥末酱,直接放在小饭团上即可。
