Sushi is a healthy , nutritional Japanese food. Simple to do and easy to carry, particularly suit to person getting outside or as a working lunch.
It is a pleasant thing to enjoy the beautiful flowers and go for spring outing with homemade sushi rolls at weekend.
Seasoned rice , fresh cucumber, cooked mushroom and spinach, fried eggs are wrapped with nori.
you can adjust amount of the ingredients to suit your taste.

Put water and rice in a saucepan and simmer until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed, cook it for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Put rhe cooked rice in a large mixing bowl and cut it using a wooden spoon. Season with 10 teaspoon rice vinegar, 5 teaspoon sugar and 1 teaspoon salt, cool it to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
Lay out seaweed sheets. Moisten hands with water,or wear gloves then spread the rice evenly on each sheet, leaving a 1/2 inch gap along one edge, lengthwise. Arrange strips of cucumber, pickled turnip, in a straight line along the side of sheet. Roll the sushi from the bottom to the end of the seaweed sheet.
Using a sharp knife, dipped in the water, slice each roll into 5 or 6 pieces. Serve with soy sauce and mustard on the side.

原料:
煮熟的寿司米饭
寿司醋(没有可以用醋,糖,盐10:5:1的比例混合)
海苔
竹帘
黄瓜
菠菜
鸡蛋
蘑菇
蔬菜自己可随意搭配
米饭煮熟,趁热加入寿司醋拌匀,凉凉30分钟,室温就可以了。
准备好竹帘,上面铺上海苔,放入蔬菜,底边海苔和竹帘对齐,蔬菜留出一点距离,然后从底部向上卷起,边卷边压紧,最后完成。寿司卷移到案板上,用锋利的刀切成4-5段,每切一次,刀需要沾湿水,以免粘上米粒。
