How to easily fry a good spring pancake ? 如何简单快捷就能烙出薄如蝉翼的春饼皮?

During the Spring Festival, I folded some dumplings to celebrate the holiday. Once in a while, I had some surplus dumpling skins. Normally I use them to make some wide noodles or spring pancakes.

Today I'd like to share with you these spring pancakes, I have to say that they have a good taste and are as thin as a cicada's wings, the most important thing is that making this was really easy, even you have never done it, you can make a good spring pancake.
Now Let's begin!

The Process:

Step 1.

Take one of dumpling's skin, brush it with vegetable oil, don't brush too much to avoid the oil to be overflow. And then cover it with another dumpling's skin, then brush it with vegetable oil, one by one. I put five dumpling's skin together to fry.

Step 2.

Roll them to circle using a rolling pin.

Step 3.

Heat a non-frying pan over low heat, put the circle spring pancakes,cover lid. Fry them for about 1-2 min until there were some big bubbles bulging on the top, turn it over and then fry until both sides of it cooked. one by one.

Step 4.

Place them in a plate and then opened them gently. The thin spring pancakes were done.

过年期间包了不少饺子,有时候就会剩余一些饺子皮。通常我就会用它们来做宽面和烙饼。 今天就给大家分享一下利用剩余的饺子皮做的春饼皮,口感一流,薄如蝉翼,关键还非常简单省事呢。即使你从来没烙过饼的同学也轻松能够做好。

做法:

1、先把饺子皮上面刷上一层薄薄的植物油,不用太多,避免擀皮的时候油溢出。然后在有油的一面饺子皮上,盖上另一张饺子皮,再刷一层油,以此类推,一层层叠加上。我是每五张放一起烙。
2、然后再用擀面杖擀成圆形。
3、平底锅预热,放入杆好的饼皮,盖上盖子,小火加热1-2分钟,至饼皮有泡泡鼓起,翻面继续烙另一面。待两面都有泡泡鼓起,饼皮就熟啦。
4、然后轻轻撕开,薄如蝉翼的春饼皮就做好了!
5、可以搭配你喜欢的各种蔬菜,卷起就可以享用啦!

卷的方法:

1、先在饼皮底部放一些馅料,左右两端留出一些空间。底部也要留一些空间。
从底部开始卷起来,卷过一卷之后,把左右两边空余的饼皮向中间折叠
然后继续向前卷起,最后就卷成一个个春卷一样的卷饼.
2、另一种方法是直接卷起,底部向上用手捏住,直接就可以拿着吃了!
