Quick-Fast Tuna Potato Cakes 金枪鱼土豆饼

This is a quick-fast dish, especially suitable for breakfast.It takes only a few minutes, and you will make delicious tuna potato cakes. I must say that the dish served with porridge tastes very good! The fried potato was so soft and gooey, with a flavor of fish, served with mixing sauce, you will feel the wonder of food.

Today I'd like to share with you the delicate dish, hope you enjoy it.


Ingredients:

Tuna 200 g
Potato one
Carrot 20 g
Onions 20 g
Cilantro 20 g
Egg one
Peanut oil
salt
Pepper

Soy sauce (sauce)
Rice vinegar(sauce)
lime juice (sauce)
cilantro (sauce)

Instructions:

1.Dice potato and place it in a steamer for about 10 min until it is cooked. In the meantime, dice carrot, onion and set aside.

2.Place tuna in sifter to drain it and use a fork to press it. place them in a large mixing bowl.

3.Squash cooked potato, and place it in the large bowl.

4.Add in carrot, onion,cilantro.

5.Add in salt and pepper.

6.Beat egg and add it to the large bowl.

7.Use your hand to mix them and divid it into eight parts, each part was formed a ball and then press it to flat.
8.Heat a frying-pan, add in vegetable oil, and then place the fish pie in the pan, fry them for about 1-2 min until both sides are golden brown.
9.Place them in a plate and serve with mixing sauce.

简单几步,就能做出喷香的土豆鱼饼,拿来当早餐也不错呢。只需要几分钟就可以出锅,再搭配一碗热腾腾的粥来吃,舒服极了。这里的土豆泥我是先蒸好再压的,你也可以在土豆碗中加入一些牛奶,用微波炉加热几分钟,再压成泥。煎完之后土豆入口的绵软并带有鱼肉的香味,再蘸上酱汁,一口下去便可感受食物的奇妙之处。

原料:

金枪鱼罐头 半盒
土豆 1个
胡萝卜 20 g
洋葱 20 g
香菜末 20 g
鸡蛋 1个
花生油

胡椒粉

生抽(酱汁)
米醋(酱汁)
青柠汁(酱汁)
香菜末(酱汁)

做法:

1、土豆切成小丁,蒸熟。同时将胡萝卜,洋葱切丁。装盘备用。
2、金枪鱼放筛网上沥干罐头的水分,可用叉子将鱼肉压碎。装一个大碗中备用。
3、土豆蒸熟压成泥。
4、土豆泥放入金枪鱼碗中。
5、接着将胡萝卜,洋葱,香菜碎一同放入碗中。
6、加入盐和胡椒粉调味。
7、鸡蛋打散,倒入金枪鱼碗中。
8、用手将鱼饼抓匀,分成若干份,每个团成球状,再用手指压扁。( 一个人做就不拍照了。)
9、锅子烧热,加入少许植物油,将鱼饼摆入锅中,每面煎至1-2分钟至表面金黄即可。
10、鱼饼装盘,配上酱汁,趁热食用最佳。
