The weather will be colder and drier, our body also need nutritious food for our main meals to replenish its energy. The dish roast mutton chops is a good choice. It is easy to do, you only need to marinate it with sauce for enough time and then wrap it with tin foil to bake it. The finished dish was tender with a crispy crust and juicy. Ingredients:
- mutton chop
- green onion
- ginger
- garlic
- cooking wine
- cumin powder
- lemon juice
- salt
- soy sauce
- coriander
Instructions:
1、Wash and dry it, set aside.
2、Mashed the ginger,green onion and garlic. And then place them in a large mixing bowl, add in lamb chop, cumin powder,coriander, lemon juice, cooking wine,light soy sauce, salt, green onion and mix them well.
3、Cover it with plastic film and refrigerate for 12 hours.
4、Preheat the oven to 200C.
5、Wrapped the lamb chops with tin foil, and then place it on the baking sheet, bake it for about 50 min. Open tin foil and brush them with sauce and then bake it for about 10 min until golden brown.
转眼间,秋去冬来。天气将变得更加寒冷干燥,身体也需要开始好好进补来度过冬天,个人觉得这道锡纸烤羊排就是不错的选择呢。操作过程简单,只需要把羊排用酱汁腌制入味,再用锡纸包裹起来烘烤即可。
用锡纸包裹的羊排能保证烘烤时水分不流失,最后打开锡纸烘烤上色,成品外焦里嫩,鲜嫩多汁,绝对是冬天必备滋补神器哦!
今天就给大家分享一下锡纸烤羊排。
原料:
羊排、大葱(葱白)、老姜、蒜、料酒、孜然粉,柠檬汁,盐,生抽,香菜。
做法:
1、羊排洗净,沥干水分备用, 我切了一半,后来觉得整排放在烤网上烤更方便。
2、姜,葱,蒜,捣碎成糊状,放入一个大碗中,再加一点点孜然粉,香菜,一点柠檬汁,料酒,生抽就能腌制了。再加一点盐,最后放入大葱(切丝),戴上手套用手抓匀。
3、盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏12小时。吃辣的记得放辣椒粉一起腌制,因为我家小朋友不吃辣椒所以腌制的时候没有放,不过我们最后吃的时候也蘸了一点辣椒粉。非常棒的味道!
3、烤箱预热200度。
4、将锡纸折成一个容器状,放入烤盘内,放入腌制好的羊排,最后包裹好,烘烤大约50分钟,然后再打开锡纸,再抹一层剩余的腌料,撒上孜然粉,把羊排放入烤网上烘烤10分钟至表面上色就好了。
