This week's theme is tacos, so I will share with you the dish--- taco with shrimp and apple.
adding apple to vegetables ,it was refreshing and crisp,good taste .I prefer to the original taste and flavor of the vegetables ,so I didn't add too much other seasoning, only salt and sesame oil .apple replaced the sugar.
every shrimp was done by me seriously, including salted and fried. the meat was tender and tasty.
eating fresh vegetables are also a good way to neutralize the greasy after taste of meaty dish, though it was a meaty dish, it was not greasy and that it is a well-balanced meal in fact. Popular for my family, hope you like.
Ingredients for the tortilla :
- corn flour 140g
- wheat flour 100g
- warm water 130ml
- salt 4g
- peanut oil 10g
- baking powder 1g
Ingredients for the stuffing:
- carrot 40g
- cucumber 60g
- onion 25g
- cabbage 50g
- apple 70g
- shrimp eight
- egg one
- salt 3g
- sesame oil 5g
- salad paste 15g
Instruction:
take a large bowl, add cornmeal and wheat flour to it, and put the baking powder, salt on the both sides of flour. add in warm water and peanut oil, mix and stir it using a spoon, and then knead a smooth dough.
cover a dish towel on the dough, and set aside for one hour.
wash the shrimps and remove its head and its line, wash it again and put it on the cutting board.
cut it on the surface of it in order to marinate it and let the flavor really get absorbed so that they will taste better. another good point is that it looks long not round when they cooked.
cut one by one and put them in a large bowl, add salt, cooking wine, corn starch, peanut oil and egg white to the bowl. cover and salt it for 30 minutes in the fridge.
wash these vegetables and shred them. put them in a large bowl. in order to avoid oxidation, shred the apple later.
take the good dough, roll it out using a rolling pin, and form a large thin piece.
cut it into small round pieces, each diameter is about 15cm and wrapped with a plastic. stack them up between pieces of plastics. the rest of large thin piece were mixed and rollen out, form a round thin piece.
this is the last one.
heat a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat, place a tortilla on the pan and cook it for about one minute or 90 seconds on each side. the surface of it looks dry and there are many bubbles on top of it. then remove it from the heat, place it in a plate covered with a dish towel untill ready to eat. one by one .
pour a little oil in the pan, heat it and place these shrimps in it . fry them for about one or two minutes on each side until redden. remove them to a plate.
then fry egg and put it in the plate.
shred the apple, put apple in the vegetable's bowl. apple replace the sugar and tastes more better . add in salt and sesame oil, mix well.

put salad on the tortilla, add some vegetables, egg, one shrimp, roll it and serve with warm.

这周的主题是墨西哥卷饼,所以今天给大家分享一下我做的这道菜---墨西哥苹果大虾卷饼。
里面加入了甜甜的苹果和蔬菜搭配,清新爽口,好吃极了。蔬菜我比较喜欢吃清新口味的,所以没有加太多其它调味品,只有一点点盐和芝麻油,糖用苹果取代,保留更多的原汁原味。
每一个大虾都经过我认真的处理,腌制,煎烤,肉质细嫩且个个入味。可以说这是一道肉菜,但是非常解腻,它在我们家餐桌上非常受欢迎,希望你们也喜欢。
1.取一个大碗,把泡打粉和盐分别放在面粉(玉米粉和小麦粉1.5:1)的两边,倒入油和温水,用筷子或者勺子搅拌,然后用手揉成比较光滑的面团。
2.面团上盖上湿布子,饧60分钟。
这期间处理大虾,先清洗干净,去头部和虾线及内脏。再清洗干净放入案板上,把每只虾都断筋,用刀再上面斜着切几个小口,此步一是腌制大虾更好的入味,二是煎完后,不会缩成一圈,看起来还是长长的。逐个切完放入一个大碗中。
加入料酒和盐,蛋清和玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀腌制半小时。剩余的鸡蛋液放入小碗中一会煎。
接下来清洗蔬菜。把黄瓜,洋葱,甘蓝,胡萝卜切成细丝,放入另一大碗中。苹果最后切丝,防止氧化。
3.醒好的面团,擀成大的薄片,用碗扣成直径约15厘米的圆形。每一张圆形薄片用保鲜膜包好,叠加在一起。最后的边角搓成小球,再擀成圆形薄片。
4.平底锅烧热,放入饼皮,中火,烙至饼皮表面鼓起小泡泡,翻面在烙至表面微黄。
5.一个个逐渐烙完,放在盘子中,并盖上湿布。
6.锅内倒入少许油,煎大虾,依次放入平底锅中,一面煎1-2分钟,翻至另一面。装盘。接着把鸡蛋煎熟放入盘中。
苹果切丝,放入蔬菜碗中,加入盐和香油拌匀。
7 都准备完成,喜欢吃什么自己随意搭配。
8.把沙拉放入饼上,蔬菜放上,再放入大虾,鸡蛋卷起即可享用啦。
墨西哥鲜虾蔬菜卷就完成啦,薄饼卷着嫩嫩的大虾配上爽口的蔬菜,太好吃啦!
