Unexpected Cake

Since I have redundant egg white (egg yolk were made into ice cream, I will share with you later)and whipping cream, So I made the cake. When I added flour to whipping cream, I found the batter was so dry, and then I added two egg yolks again.
So the final recipe is the following.

Ingredients:

  • egg white 5
  • egg yolk 2
  • whipping cream 250ml
  • cake flour 110g
  • sugar 70g

Instructions:

1、Sifted the cake flour
2、Place whipping cream, sugar(20 g),two egg yolks in a large mixing bowl, stir and mix well.
3、Add cake flour to the bowl. very gently fold in the sifted flour with a spatula.
4、Whisk the egg whites until they are foamy , add sugar (in three times) until fluffy. Raising whisk, you can see a soft peak.
5、Spoon the egg white into egg yolk batter in three times , fold it with a spatula.
6、Pour the batter into a baking sheet
7、Preheat oven to 180 degree
8、Bake it for 50 minutes until golden brown. Using a toothpick to insert it , after pulling out ,it is very clean.

Cut it into pieces and dish up. Enjoy it.

今天我做的这个蛋糕用了剩了的淡奶油,还有三个蛋清(三个蛋黄做了芒果冰激凌, 稍后我再分享)做成的。后来觉得面糊有点干,又再加两个蛋黄。所以这个配方也是我第一次做,没想到口感也很好。

原料:

蛋清 三个
全蛋 两个
淡奶油 250 ml
低筋面粉 100g
糖 20克(放入蛋黄中)
糖 50克(放入蛋白中)

做法:

1、低筋面粉过筛。
2、淡奶油和两个蛋黄,20克糖搅拌均匀,放入低筋面粉,用刮刀搅拌均匀。
3、蛋清用电动打蛋器打发至大泡,再加入细砂糖(分三次加入)打发至8分。
4、打发好的蛋白分三次加入蛋黄糊里,拌匀。
5、烤箱预热160度
6、烤盘铺上锡纸,倒入面糊。烘烤50分钟至表面金黄。牙签插入后,拔出程干净状态就可以了。
