这道拔丝地瓜可谓是一道色香味俱全的汉族传统名菜,这道菜需要将地瓜切成均匀的小条状,最最重要的还是外面那层糖稀,特别考验师傅的火力控制能力,早了吧,拔不出丝,晚了,又不好吃了!
菜品上来的时候,色泽金黄,旁边还有一小碗白水避免牵丝不断时沾一下,最好趁热吃,入口酥脆,吃完口齿留香!当别的菜品吃腻了的时候,不凡来一道这类小清新!
