Today, i am going to share with steemians on the occassion of auspicious Eid-Ul-Fitr celebrating through out most parts of the world, a special arabic dessert for Eid-Ul-Fitr "Sheer Korma" Recipe.
Ingredients:
Milk : 2 liters full fat cream
Sugar : 150 grams (1 teacup)
Vermicelli : 35 grams
Clarified butter : 4 tablespoons
Cashews, almonds, pistachios : 100 grams or handful
Dates : 15 whole
Method:
1.Cut the cashews, peel the almonds and pistachios and cut, cut doused dry dates into square with equal parts, and consolidate regardless of these and keep them.
2.Convey to bubble 2 liters of full fat drain while blending. Bubble on medium fire for around 40 minutes till the drain gets lessened to 3/4th.
3.In an another pot, include 3 tablespoons elucidated margarine or unadulterated ghee. Include the cut dry products of the soil rotisserie or blend till they turn dark colored. Keep this aside to garnish. You can keep the overabundance of these dry organic products in the cooler for next utilize.
4.In the remaining clarified butter , add half tablespoon more clarified butter
5.Include 35 grams of smashed vermicelli. Mix till they turn light dark colored. Quickly include the drain which we have kept aside in the wake of bubbling.
6.Mix for around 5 minutes till the vermicelli get delicate.
7.Include 1 teacup or 120 grams of sugar. Mix and cook for 10 minutes till the sugar gets totally broken up in the drain.
8.Garnish with sliced and semi broiled dry fruits.
