Today the lunch was sporadic. I could penetrate myself, at least Schnitzel to make, but then completely gave me the desire to leave. The result is not so lush today and reminds us rather of a meal from the snack at the corner. But what had no influence on the taste, because it was as always perfect. And since I am also a friend of fast-prepared food, it can already be just such a schnitzel on bread with egg. There is no recipe today, because I think the pictures are self-explanatory.

heute war das Mittagessen eher sporadisch. Ich konnte mich zwar dazu durchringen, wenigstens Schnitzel zu machen, aber dann hat mich total die Lust verlassen. Das Resultat ist also heute nicht so üppig ausgefallen und erinnert eher an eine Mahlzeit aus dem Imbiss an der Ecke. Was aber keinerlei Einfluss auf den Geschmack hatte, denn der war wie immer perfekt. Und da ich ja auch ein Freund von schnell zubereiteten Speisen bin, kann es schon einmal nur so ein Schnitzel auf Brot mit Ei sein. Rezept gibt es dazu heute auch keins, weil ich denke das die Bilder selbst erklärend sind.
