Today, I'll be posting on one of the most popular and well known dimsum dishes. It is called Fun How in Cantonese, which is chicken feet.
I love that there's a crispiness to the chicken feet, and that the claws are removed. For this dish, you're not going to get a lot of meat, but purely just skin and tendons. Still great to just chew and clean the bones.
