Have this for my lunch yesterday . It is call SABA Teriyaki Don . Teriyaki is a cooking technique used in Japanese cuisine in which foods are broiled or grilled with a glaze of soy sauce, mirin, and sugar .
The fish was well done , i was surprise that there wasn't much fish bone in it .
