Let's cook meringues:) All process and descrintion inside:)

That's the simplest sweets to cook:) 

What do we need:

  • 5 eggs
  • 200 g. sugar
  • salt

Break the eggs to the bowl, separating white from yolk. You need only white!

CAUTION! A single drop of yolk or water will spoil everything! So make sure your hands, the bowl and everything else is completely dry!

  • After I have the whites in the bowl I take blender and everything I need and go to the computer. Now we'll hav a long monotone process.

  • Add a pice of salt and start whisking the eggs. Add sugar slowly:

  • Whisk at least twenty minutes, untill the  mass becomes dense:

  • If you have a special cream injector - use it. I don't so I use a spoon to make tiny cookines:

  • Now put them to the oven, no more them 100 degree, for an hour or two. You can leave it's door slightly opened:

  • After time passes let them get cold in the oven, better to eave them there for a whole night.

And in the morning you'll have your meringues:)
