Who doesn't like pizza? I think only a few people don't. My husband would feed on only with it if I gave him such possibility. I don't give it, but I cook pizza time to time to please him:)
So, let's cook pizza:
What do you need:
- Flour
- Yeast
- Cheese
- Olives
- Mushrooms
- Butter
- Sugar and salt
- Ketchup
- So, let's start. Take 250 gramm of flower and put it in bowl. Thn take 150 gramm of warm water and dissolve there one tea spoon of sugar and one tea spoon of yeast:
- Now put this water to flour and blend well:
- Now your have a dough. Roll out the dough, grease the baking sheet and put the dough on it:
- Take the ketchup and put in on dough:
Now cut all the filling. Use anything you whish. I use mushrooms, olives, bacon and tomatoes:
- Put everything to the future pizza:
- Cover it with cheese, then put to the oven. 180 degree, 20 minutes:
