I made a chocolate cake and after baking it, i poked it and fill the holes with caramel sauce and i frosted it with a layer of whipped cream and i decorate with pieces of chocolate snickers, chocolate topping and caramel sauce.

You need so simple ingredients to make this delicious dessert at home. I made my own chocolate cake recipe you can make a quick chocolate cake as the betty crocker cake mix. And also i whipped my cream and add the sugar amount as i need.

Prep time: 10 mins
Baking time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

For cake batter:

3 Eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 Cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup cacao powder
2 Cups all purpos flour
1 tbsp baking powder

For whipped cream:

1 cup cream fresh
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

For topping :

2 bars snickers
Chocolate sauce
caramel sauce

For fill the cake holes:

5 tbsp caramel sauce or chocolate sauce

The way:

  • Preheat oven at 180°C and prepare a pan measure 25 x 25 with parchment papper.
  • In a large bowl mix the eggs with sugar and vanilla until light color.
  • Add the milk and oil, give the batter a quick mix then add into tow phases the seften flour, cocao powder and baking powder .
  • Mix until you have a smooth chocolatey cake batter.
  • Pour in to tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  • Cool cake in pan or on a wire rack if you want to place it in a serving dish as i did. Poke a cake with large fork at 1/2-inch intervals. Pour caramel sauce and sepread to fill the holes.
  • Whisk the cream with adding confectioners sugar gradually until coherent.
  • Frost the cake with whipped cream.
  • Chill for 2 hours, decorat with snickers, chocolate sauce and caramel suace.
