Good morning friends,
Today i'll share with you my favorite dessert ever "the cinnamon rolls", but this time i added the chocolate chips and it came so yummy and the mix of chocolate and cinnamon were amazing and so incorporate.
The ingredients are available in most of our houses and to make these delicious cinnamon rolls i'll give you a simple, perfect and fluffy dough recipe.
Prep time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 25 minutes
Ingredients :
For dough:
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 Tbsp yeast
1 Tsp salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3/4 cup warm milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp warm water
For Filling :
1 ½ Tbsp cinnamon
1/3 Cup soften butter (70 grams)
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
Topping sauce:
3 Tablespoons cream cheese
1 Tbsp soften butter
3/4 Cup powder sugar
¼ Cup warm milk
Preparation:
- At the mixer bowl put all the dough ingredients except water , added it gradually until you’ve an elastic smooth dough.
- Balled the dough and put in a greased bowl with olive oil, cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm place until double in size for about 1 and a half hour.
- When the dough is ready, dust flour on the counter and on the dough to prevent it to Stick.
- Extend the the dough as a Square , then spread the soften butter .
- Mix the cinnamon and the sugar then dust them above the butter .
- Add the chocolate chips .
- Roll over the dough till the edge, glaze it with water to stick well.
- Cut it to 12 pièces and put it in 13 x 9 inch tray , cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for another 40 mins .
- After 40 mins bake it in a hot oven at 180° for 25 minutes.
- Prepare the topping mix the cream cheese with butter and sugar add the milk gradually until you have a liquid sauce.
- When out of the oven, transfer the cinnamon rolls to a serving dish and cover it with a layer of Topping cheese sauce.
