Have you ever taste the turkish pizza?
I've never been there but i tasted the turkish food in a Turkish restaurant and it's really tasty, especially the turkish pizza, and i adore all the turkish things.
And did you know my name Angie in turkish means the pearl and they write it INCI, the letter C pronounce as j, so this is why i named my site as inji's kitchen also my account in steemit has the same name 😄
However, i like to try new food at home, so i made this easy and delicious meat pizza. If you try it you will be proud of your self.

The way:

  • in a mixer bowl place all the dough ingredients, i prefer to add the water gradually.
  • Kneed the dough until smooth and elastic, cover and rest for 1 hour.
  • In a food processor, grated the onion, sweet pepper and tomatoes. Also finely chopped the parsley.
  • In a large bowl place the meat and all the filling ingredients, mix all together until all well combine.
  • Take a ball from the dough, sprinkle flour and spread the loaf with a roller.
  • Add 2 tablespoon of the filling and spread with a spoon.
  • Bake the pizza in a hot pan cover for 5 minutes, then place the pizza in a hot oven to take a golden color. Some people don't do this step, but i prefer to bake my pizza for 2 minutes in the oven gives more tasty flavour .
    Enjoy!
