After safely returning from the hurricane Irma evacuation, I am getting hungry remembering my favorite meal at Mojo Burrito in Chattanooga, Tennessee! The food was so good the day we arrived on Monday September 11, 2017 for dinner that we ate there again on Thursday!

The selection of toppings was much better than what I am used to!
On our first night, we were lucky it was raining hard with the weather from hurricane Irma and we had the place to ourselves! Yes that IS a disco ball in the picture :)

In going back the second time, I had an interesting experience because the first time was SO good! When we went on Monday, we were so hungry and wet and desperate for food everything was fantastic. My burrito was amazing and I picked just the right fillings. On the Thursday we went, we were not nearly as hungry and were dry. I decided to change up the fillings a bit ...
Result = not nearly as good. While we enjoyed our lunch, the food did not match up much with the first time. It was still outstanding relatively speaking and I enjoyed eating there again. What amazes me is how relative even my own life, memories, and timing are for everything. How much of what I remember being awesome was a product of what was happening in the rest of my life? How many great places to eat do I remember just because I was really hungry before we got there? How many great experiences have I missed because I was so satisfied prior to the experience?
Life is an adventure and I appreciate you sharing this one with me! We are back safe from hurricane Irma with no damage and I am excited to share the rest of the evacuation trip we had with you in future posts!
