For this week challenge we will try to make our homemade noodle :)
We will need for the dough
5 egg yolks
flour 200g
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt
Also will need
Chicken 200g
champignons 200g
carrot 1 piece
onion 1 piece
ground black pepper
ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ginger
egg 1 piece
olive oil
Making our noodle
Sift flour
Make hole in flour and add the egg yolks olive oil and salt
Knead the dough
Put the dough under towel for 40 minutes
Knead the dough once again and roll out the dough to 1 mm
Add together the dough several times
Cut with a sharp knife
Boil in salted water for 5-10 minutes
Drain the water and add butter
Then we making our chicken and vegetables
Beat the egg, chicken cut into small strips, cut the onion half rings, carrot in sticks, cut the mushrooms
Warm the pan (preferably a wok) and sprinkle with olive oil
Pour the beaten egg, and once it starts to set, pushe it aside
Add chicken, fry until it turns white and mix with egg
Add all the vegetables and mushrooms
Add the spicies (pepper , coriander, ginger and salt)
Add a little bit of soy sauce
Сook quickly over high heat, the vegetables should not be overcooked or raw.
Mix it with our noodle, sprinkle top with sesame oil
