Ingredients:
- 1 stick of butter;
- 2 eggs;
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder:
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 cup sugar;
- 1 table spoon cooking oil;
- 1 table spoon vanilla extract;
- 8 oz cream cheese;
- 1/2 cup sweet cocoa like Nesquik;
- sliced almonds for garnish.
Directions:
Combine melted butter, cooking oil (olive oil or coconut oil) and sugar together in a bowl. Whisk well, add the eggs and vanilla, beat until lighter in color. Mix in flour, cocoa powder and salt. In a separate bowl combine cream cheese and sweet cocoa. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour the batter on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, add in the chocolate cream cheese, sprinkle some sliced almonds on top and bake for 30-45 minutes.
Let the brownies cool down and serve with tea or enjoy as is.
