This weekend, I invited my bestie @nicolemoker to my place and we decided to do something new, a crossover on Steemit. ️ We made two delicious, eye catching summer desserts, mini apple rose pie 🌹 and fruit jelly bubbles and would like to share these recipes with you. I will share the fruit jelly bubbles' recipe and Nicole is going to share the apple rose pie recipe with you.

Fruit Jelly Bubbles's Recipe 🍋 🍓 水果果凍球的食譜🍉 🍇
Ingredients: 材料:
Mango | 芒果 | |
---|---|---|
Strawberry | 草莓 | |
Blueberry | 藍莓 | |
Kiwi | 奇異果 | |
Konnyaku powder | 蒟蒻粉 | 13g |
Water | 水 | 250ml |
Sugar | 糖 | 4 tbs |
Fresh mint leave | 薄荷葉 |
Steps: 步驟:
Step 1. Wash and cut all the fruit into cubes
- 先把水果切粒
Step 2. Put the fruits in the container and the mint
2.把切好的水果和薄荷葉放進溶器
Step 3. Mix the Konnyaku powder and sugar with hot water,mix until the powder and sugar fully dissolve.
3.把蒟蒻粉,糖和熱水溶好
Step 4. Pour the Konnyaki mixture in to the container, remove the air bubble.
4.把溶好的蒟蒻溶液倒進容器, 去除氣泡
Step 5. Put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
放進冰箱大概20分鐘左右
Finished product 完成品
