Ingredients:
Cheese - 150 g
Butter - 80 g
Wheat flour - 150 g
Milk - 100 ml
Baking powder - 3 g
Preparation:
1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Variety of cheese can be changed, but remember that it is highly dependent on the taste of the finished dish. If you take the less pungent and salty variety, you need to increase the amount of salt.
2. Mix the softened butter with the grated cheese. Add flour, milk, baking powder and salt. Quickly knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball and store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3. Chilled dough roll out the layer thickness of about 5 mm and cut into strips 2 cm wide and a length of about 15 cm. Each strip is screwed into a stick or pencil, and then pull it out gently.
4. Lay the spiral on a baking sheet, laid by baking paper and place in a preheated 200 ° C oven.
