Peppers stuffed with cottage cheese and vegetables, baked, diet option. Cook an appetizer of available products, which do not require special culinary tricks.
I'm sure many people can not even imagine a combination of cottage cheese with vegetables. Typically, cottage cheese is a dish for breakfast with fresh fruit or jam.
Cottage cheese and cheese combined with vegetables turns into a real festive dish. This dish is low-calorie and very useful, it contains a lot of fiber, calcium, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. You can enjoy them for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Eat both hot and cold.


What you'll need
Ingredients:
Sweet pepper - 1 pc. (any color)
Cottage cheese - 200 g
Hard cheese Mozzarella - 50 g
Tomato - 1 piece
Flax seeds -1ch.l.
optional garlic (optional)
Sour cream or mayonnaise 1 tsp optional (not required)
Salt - 1/5 tsp or to taste

Step 1 Pepper wash and dry. Cut off the top and remove the seeds.
Step 2. Stretch my a fork cottage cheese grate the cheese, cut the tomato.
Step 3. Add salt to taste, mayonnaise or sour cream, garlic (optional)

Step 4. Baking dish or pan greased with vegetable oil.
Step 5. Fill the peppers with a mixture of cottage cheese, cover the tops.
Step 6. Sprinkle flax seeds on top.

Step 7.Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Before serving, a little cool.
