Cajeta Tortuga Photo Shoot (Goat Milk Caramel Turtles with Sea Salt)

Turtles have always been one of my favorite chocolate candy combinations. I've long thought since living in Mexico that they'd be a lot better with goat milk caramel known here as cajeta than the regular more blandly flavored stuff most are used to from the United States. I finally got around to making them and here are the best photos of the finished product. For now I share these photos, later, hopefully tomorrow I will share the recipe and how to for this honestly simple treat.

We've experienced some cloudy days up here recently, a hint for the coming change in season.
