Instant Pot Lobster Tail

I'm new to lobster but one thing I know is it's hard to get right. I decided to try it out in the instant pot and have done that every time, this one turning out the best. The cool thing about the instant pot is you can start with frozen lobster if you need to, you just double the cooking time.

It's simple, I put two tails on the trivet with a cup of water. Put the locking lid on and set to steam for 10 minutes if it's frozen, possibly more. I had to do a few minutes extra, just stick a meat thermometer in and if it's not at least 160 it's not done.

Now I made a fancy dipping sauce that I didn't like but the butter with a bit of salt in it was awesome with the lobster. Looking forward to my next meeting with this food, it's like a giant shrimp of sorts.
