I've been working on expanding my brew today to meet demand for kombucha locally. We purchased that giant jar awhile back but I honestly took too long getting some scobies into it. These photos were taken while I was feeding my brew and splitting some starter off for this new jar. I'm taking enough from each jar to ensure I could start a 5 gallon brew if I wanted, which would be the largest brew I've ever done in one go.
