Restaurants of Acapulco: La Concha in Costa Azul Part 1

We've driven by this place for over a year on a regular basis admiring the smells as we drive by but never stopping for a whole plethora of reasons. Yesterday we finally stopped at this little seafood joint and I'm glad we did. We ran into someone we knew from around town who was working as a waiter and the owner was really friendly and spoke english, he apparently got a kick out of us.

It's a self reported seafood place serving the local flavors with a seafood twist to things like tacos.

They're apparently open everyday, for anyone interested.

In this first post I share the menu and the restaurant itself, in the second I share my photos of the food.

It had a nice open atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. The customers were having a blast, singing along to the music with the staff so it was an upbeat place to be on a Sunday evening in Acapulco. The food was interesting and good, we'd definately go there again. Click here for the TripAdvisor Report on the place.
