Recipe Fried Pies with Meat
Ingredients:
Dough:
Flour - 1 kg
Milk - 1 liter
Yeast - 1 package
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Filling:
Minced beef and pork - 0.5 kg
Onions - 1 pc.
Salt pepper
Preparation:
In the warm milk dissolve dry yeast, add sugar, salt. Leave on for 10 minutes. Yeast should swell.
Add the flour. Knead the dough well.
Chop the onion. In the beef put the onion, salt and pepper. Mix everything.
Roll out the dough, put the filling and form a pies (get 30 pies).
Fry the pies in vegetable oil on both sides until golden.
