The recipe of chicken with potatoes and cream. A few minutes and a delicious dish is ready!

I made this dish with her daughter, she was only 3.5 years. She has a great desire to help me to cook !!! I am very happy to cook with your child !!!

CHICKEN FILLE AND POTATOES IN CREAM SAUCE

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet - 0,5 kg
  • Fatty cream - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Cheese - 100 g
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cilantro, Dill

Preparation:

Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Season with salt and pepper fillet on both sides.
Heat a frying pan and fry the fillets on both sides.

Cut the onion rings and fries and fry.

The creamy sauce, add garlic, a little salt and pepper, add the dill and cilantro, mix well.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.

Transfer the fried fillets, onions and potatoes in a baking tin.

Pour the cream sauce fillet.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

The dish is ready. Serve immediately while hot!
