My favorite soup and regular in most Russian families. What a meal without delicious nourishing borscht. Borsch is very useful. Borsch in my recipe turns out very tasty, with a rich red color. Try it, you will love it!
Ingredients:
Chicken - 500 g
Cabbage - 300 g
Potatoes - 5-6 pcs.
Beetroot - 2 pcs.
Carrots - 3 pieces.
Onions - 1 pc.
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. a spoon
Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
Vegetable oil for frying
Garlic - 2 cloves
Spices: salt, ground black pepper, bay leaf, parsley.
Preparation:
The first thing you need to cook the chicken broth.
While preparing the broth, it is necessary to clean the vegetables: carrots, beets, onions, garlic and potatoes.
Chop the onion and fry.
Grate the carrots on a grater and add to the onions and fry.
Grate beets and add to the pot and simmer.
Tomatoes cut into cubes and add to the vegetables.
Add garlic and tomato paste.
Vegetables extinguish 10-15 minutes.
Slice the cabbage and potatoes and add the chicken broth and cook for 10 minutes after boiling.
Add steamed vegetables in chicken broth. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
In soup add sour cream, parsley and croutons.
