I grew up in NASCAR country a few towns away from the Bristol Motor Speedway. I've passed by the Speedway countless times over the years and get to experience the craze of people flooding the area to see the races. The local favorite has been Dale Earnhardt Jr. for a long time.

I found these Dale Jr. BBQ chips at the grocery store and laughed a little when I saw them. Gotta love it when celebrities slap their names on unexpected products. I could understand Dale Jr. putting his name on car related products but potato chips! I love BBQ chips so I decided to pick up a bag.

I wasn't really expecting much out of them when I decided to try them. I was pleasantly surprised though. They were actually pretty good. And when I say pretty good I mean I bought another bag at the store tonight. They have a vinegar and mustard based BBQ sauce taste. I'm picky about my BBQ chips so for me to like these means they are really good.

Good job Dale Earnhardt Jr. for slapping your name on some really tasty chips.

I wouldn't say he wins first place as having the best BBQ chip but he did get in my top 10 list.
