Friends, today I want to share with you a berry cake recipe with a delicate vanilla cream. This cake turns out simply chic to taste. Soft cakes with aromatic berries will not leave anyone indifferent:).
Perhaps everyone has their own favorite berry, which you can, of course, add to the dough, thereby getting your favorite cake soaked in vanilla cream.
Recipe
Ingredients:
Flour - 470 g
Butter - 320 g
Sugar - 410 g
Eggs - 6 pcs.
Baking Powder - 15 g
Sour cream - 200 g
Berries - 150 g
Lemon Zest
Cream:
Milk - 1 glass
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 30 g
Vanillin - 10g
Preparation:
Mix butter and sugar until lush. Add eggs and lemon peel. Then add the sour cream. In another bowl, mix flour with baking powder. Gradually, add the flour to the egg mixture and berries, stirring well. Divide the dough into three parts and bake in a shape 16-18 cm in diameter at a temperature of 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes before a crispy crust.
While baking cakes we will make a vanilla cream. To do this, heat the milk on a plate in a small saucepan. Eggs beat with sugar, vanilla and add flour. Mix everything well. Part of the hot milk gradually enter to the egg mixture constantly all stirring. Then add the resulting mixture to the remaining mixture of milk and put on a slow fire, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Set the cream to cool.
Ready cakes let cool a bit. Then gather the cake. On top decorate it with berries.
Berry cake is a terrific dessert, which, thanks to the choice of any of the berries, is able to change its taste. As a result, each time you can get a cake with different flavors and flavors.
