Yummy green goodness !!
I've been juicing and making smoothies for many years. This is my go to 'staple' smoothie. Today I added fresh mint from my garden and wow, this sure is a delightful, sweet and very healthy drink.
Made with: arugula, spinach, pineapple, peaches, grapes, strawberries, banana and almond milk. Sometimes I add yogurt.
The first pic is the beginning of my week ... 4 days worth. The next photo is of the mint leaves on top. Then the last photo is the delicious smoothie, all ingredients blended together. Yum!!!!
