A Barbeque Night...Street Style [Food Series]

Hope you all had the best weekend. Today i will be sharing with you guys a memory from this winter days. Those days my brother was also home after a break of one month from his Bank in UAE.

It had snowed and the temperature was freezing cold. As I was returning from the Hospital, i had this idea of Bbq to overcome the Cold temperature of snow winter. So i rushed to a nearby meat shop and bought around 2kgs of meat. A Cousin and My eldest brother had set up the charcoal grill and After properly marinating the meat pieces chopped in squares, it was placed in the skewers. The Charcoal when red, the skewers were put on them and Ghee was added to it in intervals. After the skewers were properly grilled, we had them with mint chutney. It was an awesome feeling getting rewards for your work done. The Memory is still afresh in mind although a new winter is not that far.
