Hello steemians,
I decided to write a review of a vegan restaurant in my town, in case anyone will come for a visit. Happily, this small and chic restaurant gets a personally BIG YES from me and I truly recommend it.See pictures below.

Where to start?
Well, like I said earlier, this restaurant is a vegan (+raw vegan) one but the food is so delicious that even meat lovers can eat here. They have an entire menu, from appetizers and breakfasts to pasta and spaghetti, main and side dishes, desserts, drinks, smoothies, coffee, meat replacements and soups. All menu is complete. And lately they added a few menus for ovo-lacto-vegetarians.
The restaurant is located pretty much in the center of Arad, on Nicolae Bălcescu Street No.11.
Everyday, they have "Menu of the day", meaning a soup, the main dish and a dessert. You can choose a RAW VEGAN one or a COOKED one. The price is crazy 5.25 USD, everyone can afford it even though they are like pro and the food is really good.
The program is from Monday to Friday, opens at 10:00 A.M. and closes at 6:00 P.M. They also do catering.
The location is pretty small, they have around 12 tables (about 30 people can be here on the same time) but this isn't really a problem. They do a lot of catering and that's why you can find a place inside the restaurant pretty much everytime; even though on lunch time you may not find any! But you can call for a reservation :)
On the walls you can see charts. They are charts regarding health. And they made a wall with full of inspirational quotes like "Free yourself", "Be human", "Apologize", "Take a road trip" etc.
Also the ambient is very relaxing. They have music and the sunlight enters the restaurant with light all the time. The waiters are kind and really OK.

THE SOUP
This is a potato soup with tarragon and sour cream made of seeds.
And this is a simple vegetable soup with lovage and curry.
THE SECOND PLATE
For second plate I had lentils & amaranth veganballs and Moroccan carrot sauté.
And some quinoa "meatballs" with sautéed spinach and salad
THE DESSERT
Chia pudding with lime and matcha.
"Dulcineea" originally with sheets of honey, jam and semolina cream. OMG, I adore this dessert!
Here we have some chia porridge with coconut milk and fruits and some bruschetta.
Ok, this is pretty much I have to say about this vegan restaurant. I really like it, I came here very often cause the food is delicious and healthy and also the price is awesome.
And like a BIG CONCLUSION: personally I give them 3.5*/5*.
- 4* for the food
- 3* for the place
- 4* for the ambient and service
- 5* for the prices
