😋🐷 Lets Get Cooking I Am Starved ! 🐷😋
First : Rub the roast with olive oil or canola oil along with your favorite spices / Add a couple Tbsp. of butter to a well heated cast iron pot and sear the pork on all sides / Remove pork from pan , brown I chopped onion then add 2 & 1\2 Cups of water along with 2 chicken bullion cubes , stir until desolved / Put roast back in pan and into a 370 degree oven for about 45 minutes , Basting once.
😋Peel and chop potatoes and carrots , add to roast , turn down heat to 325 and cook untill potatoes are done about 45 min to an hour ! Boom ! One pot dinners ready , Easy Peasy , tender and delicious ! 😋
