#1 VEGAN CUTLETS: Three superfoods in one!๐Ÿ‘

Hello, I would like to share my love for vegan cutlets with you. ย All the time I create new recipes for cutlets without meat, eggs and dairy products! ๐Ÿ˜œย 

Today, quinoa cutlets with kale and sesame, three superfoods in one!ย 

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of quinoa
  • 2 glasses of chopped kale (without stems)
  • 1 big clove of garlic or 2 small ones
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsps. of paddy sesame
  • Himalayan salt and pepper
  • Refined coconut oil for fryingย 

Preparation:ย 

Rinse quinoa thoroughly for a few times. Cook until soft with a pinch of salt. Fry the chopped garlic, onion and kale on oil. Let quinoa cool down and then add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. You can add your favourite herbs as well. Blend everything together until the mixture gets sticky.ย 

Form cutlets in your hands and put them on a tray lined with baking paper. Bake for approx. 20-30 minutes at 180oC. You can then bake the cutlets on the other side as well. ย
