今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。
这份芒果草莓千层蛋糕是我们自己在家亲手制作的， @mrspointm非常喜欢吃千层蛋糕。我比较喜欢吃千层蛋糕中间夹着的鸡蛋面皮，因为其味道不甜腻，口感较好；但自己做千层蛋糕有个小不足就是面皮总是煎不好，尝起来就像鸡蛋煎饼，哈哈。
