Green dumplings 绿叶蒸饺

Today I want to share this dish with you and it's also for the entry of food photography challenge.

今天想跟大家分享这道美食作为食物挑战赛作品。

昨天和 @mrspointm一家人去吃了重庆大虎老火锅，想给大家分享一下我们点的小吃。这道绿叶蒸饺的饺子皮是用菠菜叶加水打成菠菜汁，再和一点面粉揉至而成。它里面的是猪肉馅，味道还不错，但要趁热吃才有那个口感。
