凉拌皮蛋是我爱吃的一道菜，麻辣中带一点甜是我最爱的味道。皮蛋是一种蛋加工品，具有特殊风味，能促进食欲，但也不宜多吃。这家餐厅叫作吉祥红，如果大家去双廊旅游一定去尝一尝。
